Position Responsibilities:

Cover desk areas, work independently on various projects, manage workflows, and maintain confidentiality.

2. Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, shredding, and copying.

3. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the correct departments.

Candidate Qualifications:

Students must be enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours during the academic semesters.

At the time of hiring, candidates should have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 or be in their first semester at Oakton.

Eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Students should demonstrate satisfactory progress toward their educational objectives.

- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.

Reliability and responsibility are essential.

Candidates must exhibit friendliness, flexibility, organization, courtesy, and punctuality.

Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail are preferred.
