Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of litigation experience in employment/labor law, products, tort, professional liability, medical malpractice, liability defense (premises, general, trucking).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy
  • Draft and file pleadings and motions with precision and attention to detail
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes
  • Represent clients in court, presenting cases with confidence and expertise
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Candidates must be licensed in the State they are applying to or possess a sufficient UBE score to be admitted to the jurisdictions
  • 2-8 years of experience in litigation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
