  • Providing technical support and equipment demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional management to facilitate sales training and strategy development.
  • Maintain competitive pricing and product quality to meet customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of the construction equipment rental industry.
  • Proficient in marketing strategies, sales techniques, and product promotion.
  • Knowledgeable in business management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and market conditions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in operational management or business management.
  • Three to five years of experience in retail or store management.
Supervisory Role:

This position includes directing and managing the Rental Services Inside Sales team and other operational staff. Responsibilities encompass hiring, training, performance evaluation, and addressing employee concerns.

Travel Requirements:

Up to 30% travel may be necessary.

Physical Demands:
  • Extended periods in a stationary position with occasional movement within the office.
  • Frequent communication with staff and customers.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Good manual dexterity and coordination are required.
Work Environment:
  • Primarily in a professional office setting with occasional outdoor work.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions and noise levels.
