Pool Manager

Job Summary:

As a highly skilled and experienced education leader, you will be responsible for directing and managing instructional programs and supervising operations and personnel at the campus level. You will provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service, oversee compliance with district policies, and ensure the success of instructional programs and campus activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage instructional programs and supervise operations and personnel at the campus level
Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service
Oversee compliance with district policies and ensure the success of instructional programs and campus activities
Manage budget and personnel
Coordinate campus functions and implement policy and procedures

Requirements:

Master's degree in educational administration
Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
Advanced Education Leadership (AEL) certification, Instructional Leadership Training (ILT), or Instructional Leadership Development (ILD)
Certified T-TESS appraiser
Two or more years' experience as a classroom teacher and two or more years' experience in instructional leadership roles
Campus Administration required
Hutto ISD Pay Scale
