Job Overview
At TAIT & Associates, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee construction tasks and supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the coordination of projects to enhance profitability, surpass client expectations, and deliver high-quality results meeting or exceeding industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and actively engage in all on-site activities, capturing comprehensive photo documentation for each phase.
  • Maintain a constant presence in the work area, unless temporarily relieved by an approved interim Foreman.
  • Coordinate material procurement, including gravel, concrete, etc., and document rental equipment.
  • Inspect and inventory delivered equipment/materials/parts, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Schedule and oversee inspections, liaise with inspectors, and manage subcontractor activities.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial petroleum construction installation/supervision.
  • ICC UST Install/Retrofit, ICC UST Removal, ICC Service Technician, and Veeder Root certifications.
  • Strong judgment and adaptability to changing field conditions and requirements.
  • 24 or 40-hour HAZWOPER certificate or current 8-hour refresher course.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word).
