Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team at NorthPoint Search Group Inc. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for assisting with month-end close, preparing journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and assisting with invoice coding and preparation of internal and external financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with month-end close and prepare journal entries
  • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Assist with invoice coding and preparation of internal and external financial reports
  • Manage commission reporting, including calculation of commissions, obtaining approvals, and commission payments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 2+ years related experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with a large ERP Software, JD Edwards E1 is a plus
  • Experience with Hyperion and/or Blackline is a plus
