Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Driver Assistant to join our team at Iron Mountain. As a Driver Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our CDL drivers with the delivery and pickup of shred containers, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist CDL drivers with the delivery and pickup of shred containers
  • Service and communicate with customers while performing pickups and deliveries
  • Load and offload trucks at the end of the shift
  • Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with clients and coworkers
  • Handle all physical requirements for loading and transporting without assistance
  • Execute accurate and timely handling of client delivery requests
Requirements
  • Computer knowledge and ability to complete paperwork accurately
  • Customer service and ability to communicate verbally with customers in a professional manner
  • Ability to adhere to and enforce all security procedures
  • Able to lift materials weighing up to 300 pounds and use tools to maneuver
  • Must be able to push and pull, walk up to 4-7 miles, climb and squat as needed
