- Assessment and Evaluation: Participate in ongoing assessment and evaluation of student learning, program effectiveness, and curriculum quality.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in veterinary medical technology education.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and external partners to promote the college's mission and goals.
- Education and Experience: A current NC licensed veterinarian or credentialed veterinary technician in NC who is a graduate of an AVMA or CVMA-accredited program.
- Skills and Abilities: Well-developed clinical, technical, computer, organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to maintain a stationary position, sit or stand, for extended periods of time; operate a computer and other office machinery; occasionally lift, move, transport, install, or remove items weighing up to 15 pounds.
