At Goldfish Swim School, we're more than just a learn-to-swim facility - we're a community that's dedicated to teaching kids the life-saving skills they need to thrive in and around water.

About the Role

We're currently seeking passionate and experienced swimming instructors to join our team as part of our mission to provide high-quality swim lessons to children aged 4 months to 12 years. As a swimming instructor at Goldfish Swim School, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of your students and their families.

You'll be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive swim lessons that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each child. Your role will also involve building strong relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and achievements.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with children of all ages and abilities. You'll also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality swim lessons to children aged 4 months to 12 years
  • Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers
  • Keep parents and caregivers informed about their child's progress and achievements
  • Work effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of swim programs
