LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Life Care Center of Kirkland. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition, and assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action, and knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients.
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State, and must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred, and CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
- Competitive hourly rate up to $39/hour.
- Shift differential of $3.00 per hour for night/NOC shifts and $1.50 for Evening shift.
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for all new Full-Time employees.
