Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in multifamily wood-frame construction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in the industry, with a proven track record of managing full-scope wood-frame projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the execution of a 350-unit, 9-building project in the Orlando area.
2. Conduct estimation reviews and manage project budgets effectively.
3. Secure all necessary permits and licenses for project progression.
4. Lead the bidding process, budgeting, and subcontractor buyouts.
5. Negotiate and coordinate agreements with subcontractors.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily or wood-frame construction projects.
- Completion of at least 2 full-scope projects as a Project Manager.
- Proficiency in Procore for project buyouts and budget creation.
- Ability to manage monthly financials (JCS) and maintain schedules using Microsoft Project.
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
