Community Medical Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise clinic staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement business plans for new programs and initiatives, working closely with the Regional Operations Director to drive growth and improvement.
- Design and implement policies and procedures to streamline processes, improve quality, and enhance patient care.
- Hire, train, and guide the patient services team and supervisors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
- Determine staffing standards and manage patient flow to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Work with Quality and Compliance to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, and manage outside agency inspections and audits.
- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service, focusing on patient care and satisfaction.
- High School Diploma required
- At least two (2) years of experience in behavioral health or health services preferred
- Prior supervisory experience or experience leading individuals or teams required
