Job Title: Donation Attendant

At Sedona Store, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading an excellent customer and brand experience, promoting sales, and ensuring that all donations are received and processed in a timely and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept and process donations from customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all items are properly labeled and placed in the production room or sales floor.
  • Ensure that all donations are processed in accordance with Goodwill's policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive customer experience.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with diverse customer populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
