Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at the Sedona Store in Sedona, Arizona. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to donors and customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner, following Goodwill's guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Goodwill's standards and expectations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading merchandise, as needed, and safely operate pallet jacks and walkie stackers.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections on company-owned equipment and ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
  • Participate in cross-training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to pass a forklift certification class and operate equipment safely.
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
