Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Hustle Notice Biz. This role requires multitasking abilities, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with inquiries.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
