Fleet Operations Coordinator – In Office Position

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fleet Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform extensive data entry tasks with precision.
  • Assist in overseeing and maintaining the organization’s fleet assets.
  • Develop, organize, and manage files, ensuring they are linked to live spreadsheets.
  • Maintain compliance with vehicle DOT documentation, including the processing of invoices and inspections.
  • Review various documents and update reports with the latest information.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with fleet managers and maintenance technicians.
  • Keep accurate records for off-road equipment and report findings, while also managing the vehicle telematics system.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Adaptability to changing work demands.
  • Strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills via phone, email, and text.
