About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Management Associate to join our team at Brookfield Properties. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating common area activities and maximizing programming to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Facilitate license agreement administration, prepare merchants for opening and vacating, and execute deals in Salesforce.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Update Alternative Revenue Inventory, prepare sales packages, and coordinate with external partners for postings and quarterly directory updates.
  • Tracking Merchant Metrics: Collect and enter specialty leasing sales information, manage collections, and minimize accounts receivables.
  • Events: Participate in monthly marketing calls, secure retailer participation, and execute events planned for the property.
  • Visuals/Collateral: Coordinate selection of process and direct work to contracted visual merchandisers, post/maintain signage/collateral, and coordinate barricade graphics and install for vacancies or new retailers.
  • Digital: Provide local social media posts, respond to Medallia marketing comments, and update website, directory, sales, careers, events, etc.
Requirements
  • Associates or bachelors degree preferred.
  • CRRP designation or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 1-3 years of regional shopping center management or 3+ years of comparable experience required.
  • Strong ability to lead and influence a diverse group of people.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, supervise, train, and direct a mall operations team and contracted services.
  • Adept in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strategic business orientation while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
