Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

As a Solar Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting consultations, and closing sales with homeowners interested in solar energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including referrals and networking.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess homeowners' energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
  • Present and explain the benefits of solar energy systems, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to prospective customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, solar technology advancements, and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with homeowners.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and the benefits of renewable energy.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
