Job Overview

This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and supporting our growing team. As an Assistant Operations Director, you'll work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the firm, including staff coordination, workflow management, and resource allocation.
  • Support the implementation of policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and communications between departments.
  • Help manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure the firm runs smoothly.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in managing budgets, financial reporting, and expense tracking.
  • Collaborate with the human resources department on staffing needs, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Provide support to senior management by preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Address client and employee inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of training programs for staff.
  • Maintain an organized and positive office environment that fosters collaboration and productivity.
