At Collabera, we're seeking a seasoned Optical Network Architect to join our team in Seattle. As an expert in optical network development and deployment, you'll play a key role in driving the scaling of our global DWDM networks.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in networking, particularly in optical network fundamentals and DWDM network deployment.

Your responsibilities will include building, operating, and rolling out our global DWDM networks, ensuring they adhere to defined network standards, reviewing and implementing changes, and meeting operational excellence projects to drive improvements in network quality and reliability.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of optical network fundamentals and DWDM network architecture
  • Experience with deploying DWDM networks and troubleshooting complex problems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions

What We Offer:
