The Field Engineer II will have a strong background in the heavy civil construction industry, with experience in safety, estimating, project management, and operations. This role will involve managing teams and making decisions, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects and teams to ensure timely and within-budget completion
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:

  • 2+ years heavy civil infrastructure industry experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
