Senior Maintenance Manager, Stamping Operations

Job Summary:
Lucid Motors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to lead our Stamping Maintenance Team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the equipment in our world-class greenfield stamping plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a cross-functional team of machinists, electrical and mechanical technicians
- Knowledge of robots, conveyors, tooling, and troubleshooting abilities for various manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and other related theories and concepts for proper troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Welding, milling, and pipefitting knowledge
- Supervise preventive maintenance on all types of equipment, large and small
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, SOP/BOM, and related materials, as well as follow exact instructions
- Support for all departments as required to maintain and sustain production needs
- Establish or adjust work schedules to meet production requirements
- Understand and enforce process compliance throughout the process area's scope of operations
- Ensure an adequate on-hand spare parts inventory or lead-time system in place to support
- Continuous improvement of equipment to ensure maximum output
- Generate proper reports, RCCA, and associated corrective measures on all incidents to proactively decrease the potential of future failures
- Execute and document all preventive maintenance (PM) activities on assigned equipment
- Work closely with all facets of the production group to provide technical expertise or assistance
- Enforce and follow all safety rules and regulations
- Professional, informative, and responsive communication to customers
- Be proficient in general office PC programs and equipment monitoring systems
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Journeyman card/trade school certificate and 5+ years process equipment maintenance experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience required
- Frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), and perform other similar actions during the workday
- Ability to work flexible schedule, overtime, weekends, when necessary
- 5+ years of machine repair, welding, milling, pipefitting knowledge
- Experience with STAMPING Press lines highly preferred
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting experience
- Basic machine repair knowledge
