Job Summary

Bull Moose Tube, a leading manufacturer of steel tubular products, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and repair of our facilities at our Casa Grande, AZ plant site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise all maintenance processes and operations
  • Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with suppliers and business partners to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain and repair machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct regular inspections to detect and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
  • Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff
  • Develop and implement root cause analysis and problem-solving strategies
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a plant environment
  • Excellent technical skills in machinery, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, microprocessors, PLCs, and electrical systems/equipment
  • Strong leadership, team, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Preventative maintenance and lean skills
