About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Precast Laborer to join our team at Rahns Construction Material Company, a leading supplier of ready-mix concrete, concrete block, and precast materials in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build forms for concrete pours
  • Pour and finish concrete using trowels and other tools
  • Apply stains and colors to add a finishing touch
  • Apply waterproofing and sealants to protect the concrete work
  • Monitor the material to ensure it hardens to a durable finish
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in heavy civil construction, road construction, quarries, or heavy manufacturing
  • OSHA or other relevant safety certifications
