About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Precast Laborer to join our team at The H&K Group. As a Precast Laborer, you will be responsible for designing and building forms, pouring concrete, and applying stains to finish the concrete.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build forms to specifications
  • Pour concrete and ensure it meets quality standards
  • Apply stains or colors to add a finishing touch
  • Monitor the material to ensure it hardens to a durable finish
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the job
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in heavy civil construction or road construction
  • OSHA or other relevant safety certifications
