**Lead the Way to Great Customer Experiences**

As a Restaurant Service Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment and ensuring the restaurant crew is well-trained and provides excellent customer service.

**What You'll Do**

As a Restaurant Service Manager, your principal responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring great-tasting, high-quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and ensuring the Daily Food Safety Checklist and food safety policies are followed
  • Helping to resolve customer incidents and working to ensure positive customer experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross-training all front-of-house crew
  • Assisting with crew performance reviews
  • Developing future Restaurant Service Managers
  • Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties, such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork

**What You'll Bring to the Table**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a high school diploma, restaurant experience, and the ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location. You'll also need to have knowledge of food safety and health department matters, as well as familiarity with office paperwork.

**Pay Transparency**

The salary range for this position is $22.85-$25.44, which is also eligible for digital tips. Actual base pay may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
