Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with nurse case managers, adjusters, and attorneys to resolve workers' compensation issues
  • Schedule appointments and verify patients' insurance coverage
  • Work with allied health staff to obtain completed forms and expedite care
  • Assist with pre-certification and approval as needed
  • Update patients' accounts and assist with scheduling
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in worker's compensation coordinating
  • Proficiency in MS Office and EMR systems
