Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dispatch Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling restoration teams to customer locations, reviewing and maintaining scheduling software, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with management team
  • Review and maintain the scheduling software to ensure accurate routing of teams
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Receive incoming calls about past services, follow-ups on current projects, and general inquiries about the business
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • Prior dispatch experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of local geographical area is preferred
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
