Position: Administrative Assistant

Role Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing daily clerical and administrative tasks within our Residential Supported Group Living Program. Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors and efficiently directing incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner. You will also provide verbal guidance to visitors as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the SGL Director with various administrative tasks as required.
2. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective interaction with team members and clients.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in MS-Office applications, particularly MS-Word and MS-Excel.
4. Support the operational needs of the office while ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of office experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
