Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver technical solutions using Salesforce's newest capabilities
  • Manage and recommend optimal CRM solution for given requirements
  • Develop strong test cases and UAT process to ensure success of implementation
  • Support IT development teams leveraging Lightning, Apex, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies
  • Lead subject matter experts and general users in designing lasting systems
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, present alternatives, and recommend best solution based on requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study
  • 10 years of progressive experience with CRM architecture development
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer, and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Angular JS, Lightning Web Components, and Visual Force
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and data management strategies
  • Experience with translating business requirements into technical solutions
