Job Title: Die Attach Technician

 

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Die Attach Technician to join our team at Integra Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing die bonding tasks with various equipment, ensuring high-quality output while working efficiently.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Perform automatic and manual die bonding operations using different equipment.
  • Operate Stud Pull Test procedure and certified specifications.
  • Run Die Shear Process Test Procedure and verified specifications.
  • Operate and inspect X-ray equipment.
  • Utilize XYZ Micro VU measurement tool.
  • Select fixture and tooling according to requirements.
  • Conduct UV cure processes.
  • Recall and select profiles for die attach reflow on RTC furnace silver glass.
  • Remember and choose profiles for die attach reflow on WJ furnace hermetic and solder paste.
  • Run plasma machine program per traveler instruction.
  • Execute manual silver glass die attach operation.
  • Clean process (remove flux) baking.
  • Manual dam & fill can control fillet around the die given less space on cavity of the package.
  • Underfill and cure process manually.
  • Operate Flip Chip Attach “SEC” machine.
  • Operate Asymtek dispensing machine – old and new version.
  • Operate MAT 6400 and Datacon.

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of semiconductor assembly experience in a production environment.
  • Knowledge of second optical inspection principles may be beneficial.

 

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Manual Die Attach operation, Microscope, and manual Dispense equipment (EFD, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Manual Dam & Fill operation and automatic equipment (Asymtek, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Automatic Die Attach bonders (Datacon, MAT6400, etc.)
  • Understanding of Semi-automatic Flip Chip bonders (SEC860, etc.)

 

Working Conditions:

You will work in a general shop or store environment with occasional exposure to humid conditions, extreme temperatures, outdoor weather conditions, fumes, fluorescent lights, and moving mechanical parts.

 

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
