Renal Dietitian

Join LifeBridge Health, a leading healthcare provider in Maryland, as a Renal Registered Dietitian at Grace Medical Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide essential nutrition services and education to dialysis patients and caregivers in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess nutritional status and develop individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy plans for patients.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and caregivers, using evidence-based practices and patient-centered approaches.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication of nutrition-related information.
- Monitor patient progress, laboratory values, and dialysis adequacy to inform nutrition interventions and recommendations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to nutrition care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State licensure in Maryland or the state where the facility is located.
- Minimum of two years' professional experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian.
- Experience working in dialysis settings is preferred.
