Role Summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is on the lookout for a Client Support Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. This full-time position offers a promising Contract to Hire opportunity for candidates with a background in call center operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage both incoming and outgoing customer communications regarding product inquiries, order updates, and general support.
  • Precisely enter and manage customer orders, including tracking shipments, processing returns, and handling exchanges.
  • Respond promptly to customer emails and digital inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Address customer complaints and issues by offering suitable solutions and alternatives, ensuring follow-up for resolution.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products to assist customers effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments such as shipping, inventory, and sales to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Update customer profiles and order information in the database.
  • Identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs.
  • Meet and uphold call center performance standards, including call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems is essential.
Experience
  • At least 2-5 years in an order entry or call center role.
Work Environment

This position is onsite and offers a competitive salary ranging from $24 to $25 per hour.
