About the Role

Provider Solutions & Development is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospital Medicine program in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our clinical services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide inpatient care to patients with a range of medical conditions, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with our medical team.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform other medical procedures as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our clinical services.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Washington.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in adult medicine, with a focus on hospital medicine.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
