As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our clinical services.
Responsibilities- Provide inpatient care to patients with a range of medical conditions, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with our medical team.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform other medical procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our clinical services.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Washington.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in adult medicine, with a focus on hospital medicine.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
