About the Role

Swedish Medical Group is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join its Hospital Medicine program in Seattle, Washington. This inpatient, daytime role is part of a closed ED/ICU team, requiring a strong team player with excellent communication skills and ACLS certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time availability, ranging from 0.5 to 1.0 FTE
  • Inpatient care with no procedures required
  • Collaboration with a large, supportive team of 20 APCs, 60 physicians, and 20 Nocturnists system-wide
  • Preferred experience in Hospital Medicine; 2+ years of Adult Medicine experience required
  • Competitive compensation between $138,417 and $170,838 per year, prorated based on FTE status
