About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Allied Universal. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for New Employee Orientation (NEO) daily, ensuring the classroom is equipped with necessary tools and materials.
  • Proctor NEO, reviewing welcome kits, verifying Form I-9 documents, and administering drug tests.
  • Initiate onboarding documents via Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Complete employer sections of Form I-9 documents.
  • Update iCIMS, ensuring all required iForms are complete.
  • Advance new hires in WinTeam (WT), updating required fields and entering compliance codes.
  • Enter direct deposit information and ensure orientation is completed by new hires.
  • Enter rehires into WT and update employee information.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience in a professional administrative environment.
  • Able to focus and multitask in a busy environment.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Effective management skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple employees.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and office management technology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Human resources and/or recruiting experience.
  • Experience using iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience using WinTeam or other Human Resources Information Systems.
