Job Title: Staffing Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary:

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our onboarding process, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition for new hires, providing exceptional support, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for New Employee Orientation (NEO) daily, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are available.
  • Proctor NEO, reviewing welcome kits, verifying Form I-9 documents, and administering drug tests.
  • Initiate onboarding documents via Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and complete employer sections of Form I-9 documents.
  • Update iCIMS and ensure all required iForms are complete.
  • Advance new hires in WinTeam, updating required fields, entering compliance codes, and direct deposit information.
  • Ensure orientation is completed by new hires, including three lessons and a final exam.
  • Enter rehires into WinTeam and update employee information.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience in a professional administrative environment.
  • Able to focus and multitask in a busy environment.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Effective management skills, coordinating with multiple employees and diverse personalities.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and office management technology.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize multiple assignments, and manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree in business, human resources, or related field.
  • Human resources and/or recruiting experience.
  • Experience using iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience using WinTeam or other Human Resources Information Systems.
