About the Job

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Caregiving Role to join our team at Always Best Care Chicagoland and South Suburbs. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing non-medical home care to seniors in our community, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as medication reminders, ambulation, and personal care.
  • Accompany clients on outings, such as doctor's appointments and shopping trips.
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Report any unusual incidents or concerns to our Care Coordinator.
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.

Requirements:

  • Previous caregiving experience of 2+ years.
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.
  • Must be respectful, compassionate, and have excellent communication skills.
  • Driver's license and physical endurance to complete required tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in the USA.
