Join Our Team as a Part-Time Custodian

At Lutheran Social Ministries of NJ, we're committed to creating a warm and friendly work environment where our team members can grow and thrive. As a Part-Time Custodian, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our South Plainfield Community.

Responsibilities:
  1. Adhere to all schedules provided.
  2. Mop, sweep, and vacuum all common areas of the property.
  3. Clean and police stairwells and hallways.
  4. Wash common area windows and glass.
  5. Clean Administrative Offices.
  6. Assist with floor maintenance.
  7. Trash removal during weekend hours.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One or more years of experience in custodial, janitorial, or porter positions.
  • Ability to stand, push, pull, listen, comprehend, and handle small tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.
