Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Huntington Park, California.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing physical therapy services to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine the nature and extent of their physical limitations and develop individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
- Provide physical therapy services, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, and mobility.
- Work with patients to establish realistic goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
- Pelvic floor experience.
