About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team at DAS Acquisition Company, LLC. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals by providing exceptional service and expert guidance throughout the home-buying or refinancing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch service to every client, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Market and solicit residential loan business, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines
  • Advise and educate clients on the home-buying or refinancing process, helping them make informed decisions
  • Build and own your business within USA Mortgage, with the support of our team
Requirements
  • 2 to 4-year college curriculum or equivalent industry experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment
  • Encompass experience or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of various residential mortgage loan products
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, and competitive spirit
  • MLO approved license in NMLS
Compensation and Benefits

  • State Minimum Hourly - $12 (recoverable)
