Responsibilities

  • Process documents for state registration, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Manage all payoffs, registrations, and license plate issuing for new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Coordinate with agencies, such as the DMV, to send bills, contracts, and warranties
  • Verify completeness and signatures on forms, and check for accuracy of vehicle sale and purchase prices
  • Maintain a detailed file of sales, prices, payments, warranties, and other relevant information
  • Manage titles and MSO's for inventory
  • Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to the DMV
  • Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Highly organized and eager to improve
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
