Job Description

Responsible for unloading trucks with boxes of medical supplies. Boxes are heavy and can weigh up to 20-30 pounds. This is a small warehouse, and you must be able to wear many hats. Every day the duties will include unloading new orders from truck deliveries, scanning the product via RF scanner, and entering it in the ERP system for inventory tracking purposes.

Responsibilities

• RMA handling – reconciling implant banks versus cycle counts – accuracy critical, attention to detail required
• Updating QAD inventory records – data entry, accuracy critical, attention to detail required
• Emailing customer relations of missing inventory – Outlook skills required, writing skills required, professionalism
• Picking orders, packing orders, recording picked items on picking forms – good handwriting, accuracy critical, attention to detail required
• Reconciling loaner banks outbound to customers versus cycle counts - accuracy critical, attention to detail required
• Updating logs, internal inventory transfers - accuracy critical, attention to detail required
• Supporting all areas – floater specialist

Essential Skills

• Experience with RF scanners
• Inventory control
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Warehouse Clerk experience
• Warehouse Administration experience
• Receiving product

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel - exporting spreadsheets and navigating through Excel
• Any ERP experience in entering orders or inventory of new products
• Receiving warehouse experience
