Salary and Benefits

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our talented team. This full-time position involves working 36-39 hours weekly, typically 4, 9.5-hour shifts with flex time available for up to 40 hours. No late nights or on-call hours, weekends, or major holidays are required.

Responsibilities include ensuring each patient and client is treated with compassion and care, providing fear-free care, and utilizing veterinary practice-management software. A passion for animal behavior and dedication to professional growth and development are essential qualities for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous work experience at a veterinary facility (1-2 years minimum)
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using veterinary practice-management software
  • Emotional intelligence and effective communication skills
