About the Role

Tulip Interfaces is seeking a seasoned People Operations leader to join our team as the Head of People and Talent. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth through effective talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute talent strategies to support business objectives, including forecasting and outlining future hiring needs, and supporting medium to long-term organizational strategy.
  • Lead the development and implementation of programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, including setting long-term vision and short/medium-term strategic DEI objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of a total rewards strategy to address compensation and benefits that enable the attraction of key talent, including establishing competitive and sustainable compensation structures.
  • Build and operationalize talent systems and a people-focused technology strategy, in partnership with IT, including establishing the operating rhythms to partner effectively with the business and all key stakeholders.
  • Drive recruiting activities, build strong Talent Acquisition capabilities, and own critical recruiting metrics and develop strategies to make progress.
  • Establish long-term performance and engagement strategy, including performance culture, process, systems, training, and infrastructure, with a focus on the intersection of merit/compensation adjustment cycles.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working as a People Leader, with 8+ years of experience across varying roles in People Operations. Talent Strategy or HRBP experience is a plus.
  • Can hire, coach, motivate, and develop team members in people operations and recruiting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator and collaborator.
  • Strong technical background and excel at analytical thinking.
  • Ability to set and drive people vision, execute people strategies, and guide best practices.
