ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Beauty Specialist, you will deliver exceptional, professional services tailored to the individual needs of each client. Your expertise will guide clients in selecting the right products and services, enhancing their overall experience.

KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Delivering top-tier treatments and maintaining a professional standard of service.
  • Collaborating with the spa therapy team to create a serene and rejuvenating environment for clients.
  • Adhering to scheduled treatment times and ensuring all protocols are followed meticulously.
  • Maintaining a well-stocked service area and ensuring all equipment is prepared for use.
  • Completing a comprehensive training program upon hiring to master all signature services within a month.
  • Providing clients with a detailed prescription form after each service.
  • Aiming for a minimum of 15% in retail sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards for product usage to minimize waste.
  • Setting up your workspace according to established procedures and managing laundry efficiently.
  • Confidently communicating the benefits of products and services to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-motivated with a professional demeanor.
  • Adherence to state sanitation and sterilization regulations.
  • Licensed Hair Stylist with demonstrated skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
  • Proven experience in sales and client recommendations.
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • High standards of personal conduct and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to enhance skills through ongoing training and development.
  • Effective communication skills and a flexible approach to teamwork.
  • Additional qualifications as a Make-up Artist, Esthetician, or Nail Technician are advantageous.
  • Dual licensing is preferred but not mandatory.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Working in a spa and retail setting with minimal exposure to external disturbances.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
