We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at ICBD Holdings LLC. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism in various settings, including home, community, and center-based environments.
  • Teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions.
  • Collaborate with clinical team members and participate in ongoing training.
  • Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Requirements
  • High-school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance to provide in-home services for clients.
  • Maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
