Our Intake team works to build caseloads in areas near where therapists live to minimize drive time. Learn more about us at Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities: Assess, develop, and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans with measurable goals Engage patients with fun and age-appropriate activities to maintain their motivation Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications: Certified Speech Language Pathologist with a valid license to practice in Texas Therapist Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Employee referral bonus program Basic Physical Requirements Must be able to maintain various postures such as kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting for extended periods of time. Must be able to regularly walk and run for extended periods of time. Must be able to transition from sitting to standing and vice versa independently. Must be able to utilize quick body movements as may be required by the behavior intervention plan. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds. Must be able to transfer/position/transport patients and adaptive equipment. Must have the visual ability to read and understand written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
