Job Summary

We're seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Shift Supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will be the face of MOD Pizza, embodying our values and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Shift Supervisors to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively, including managing inventory and labor costs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Provide coaching and training to Shift Supervisors to improve their skills and performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
  • Proven track record of successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
