Job Summary

Crown is seeking a skilled Battery and Charger Tech to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing industrial batteries and chargers.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial batteries and chargers to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform planned maintenance on customer industrial batteries and chargers to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Maintain a well-stocked service van and its inventory to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
  • Process paperwork and documentation after each job to ensure accurate records and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, and ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Technical degree or previous battery and charger repair experience preferred.
